The place where our guests enjoy the most is on the front terrace, where one can relax, sunbathe, have a quiet dinner, read a book... while enjoying the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor in the background, one of the most beautiful places that the island of Mallorca has to offer. The views from its terrace and its location make this small fishing house an exceptional place to spend a few days of vacation, rest and relaxation. The house consists of a properly furnished living-dining room, a complete kitchen with all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook the dishes you most desire, as well as three bedrooms with closets and fans. At the back of the house there is a small patio where you will find the laundry room and a barbecue perfect for those days when you want to enjoy grilled dishes. In addition, the house has Wi-Fi internet and satellite television. Here you rest in three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, fan, a skylight and a window that overlooks the kitchen. The second bedroom has no window but a skylight and comes with a double bed, fan and wardrobe. The third bedroom with two single beds has views of the backyard. The house has two full bathrooms with shower (without window but with extractor fan) The place is very quiet since it has few neighbors and still preserves the seafaring flavor that it had years ago, when the residents of Sa Marina went to sea with their llaüts to fill the nets and sell the fish to the Lonja de Alcúdia. From there you can take several highly appreciated excursions on foot or by bicycle, such as walking along the coast of Cap del Pinar, reaching Albufereta de Pollença, and visiting the medieval town of Alcudia with its imposing walls. It is a perfect place to get to know the north of Mallorca with places as beautiful as Formentor and the beautiful coves around it, the large beach of Alcúdia, the beautiful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença. Without a doubt, this house is not only a good place to enjoy a few days, but the place will make your stay unforgettable. Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays from 06/29 to 08/31/2019 and from 06/27 to 08/31/2020. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
